Packages are delivered via UPS and DPD couriers - delivery time is up to 24 hours (on weekdays). All orders with the COD payment that are filed before 15:00 and all orders whose payment is credited on our account before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day. Shipments are sent five days a week (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package, which consists of the weight of the ordered goods and the weight of packaging and materials to protect the shipment. After adding products to the cart, the Customer is automatically informed about the price of the entire consignment.
We provide our Customers with the option of delivery by courier on Saturday (excluding holidays). The cost of delivery is priced individually. This option is available only for specific areas in Poland.
At the time of the package’s dispatch from the warehouse, the Customer automatically receives an e-mail with a waybill number. The courier is obliged to deliver the consignment within one business day.
In the case of suspected violation of the consignment or damage during transport, please use the following procedure:
- After receiving the package, check the status of the packaging in the presence of the courier. Each consignment will be sealed with tape bearing the Agrofarm logo. If it does not, it means that the package has been opened by unauthorized persons - check its contents in the presence of the courier,
- If you notice any damage to the packaging, unpack the consignment in the presence of the courier and in case of damage to the contents fill in a suitable protocol with the courier,
- If the damage to the consignment was found after the departure of the courier despite the lack of evidence of damage to the packaging, prepare a damage report containing: a description of the damage, number of the waybill, date of service, financial expectations for your loss,
- This protocol should be submitted to the local branch of the courier company that performed the service, and a copy sent to the e-mail address info@agrofarm.com.
